A participant in the Without Walls program, Cesar, 27, lives in Pacific Grove. He is a happy and humorous soul who loves making people laugh, staying in shape, and listening to 80’s and 90’s music.
Artistically, Cesar is a strong drawer and watercolor painter, but equally enjoys the social side of creating with friends. He is also inspired by graphic art and the video games he plays at home.
